User Agreement for Prologue Ed.GorgeousGhost

Welcome to use Prologue Ed.GorgeousGhost (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). Please read this agreement carefully before using the Application. Your use of the Application constitutes your full acceptance of all terms herein.

1. Service Description

The Application is a standalone VR narrative experience that provides users with immersive virtual reality story content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes comply with applicable laws.

2. User Obligations

When using the Application, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not interfere with or bypass security measures of the Application
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the Application, including but not limited to software code, storylines, character designs, graphics, audio, and visual materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
