[Gorgeous Ghost] User Agreement

Welcome to use[Gorgeous Ghost]（Hereinafter referred to as "this application"）。Please read this agreement carefully before starting to use it. By using this application, you indicate that you have fully read, understood and agreed to accept all the terms of this agreement.

1、Service Description

1.1 The nature of the platform

This application is a single-player VR story experience app that provides users with immersive virtual reality story content.

1.2 Service scope

We offer the following core services：

• Access and experience of VR plot content
• Virtual reality interaction function
• In-app progress saving service
• Technical support and customer service

1.3 Service change

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice.

2、User obligations

2.1 Usage Specifications

By using this application, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct：

• Comply with the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction and the location where you use this application
• Do not use this application to engage in any illegal, fraudulent or platform policy violation activities
• Do not interfere with, damage or circumvent the security protection measures of the application, server or network environment
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, tamper with or attempt to obtain the source code of this application
• Do not access or use the application by using automated tools, scripts, add-ons or any other unauthorized means
• Unauthorized access to the API interfaces related to the application or interference with the normal service process is strictly prohibited

2.2 Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited from being published or disseminated during use：

• Content that violates applicable laws, regulations or internationally recognized public order and good customs
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, extremism or discrimination against specific groups (based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, etc.)
• Pornographic, obscene, child sexual exploitation, involuntary sexual content or other content harmful to minors
• Content that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy rights, portrait rights and other legitimate rights and interests
• False information, fraudulent content, spam or unauthorized commercial promotion
• Content that may endanger personal safety, public safety or national security
• Other content that is determined to be inappropriate or illegal by the relevant platform policies or laws

2.3 Commercial use restrictions

Without our written permission, this application may not be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to：

• Commercial public displays, performances or paid experience services
• It is used for business training, marketing activities or for-profit educational projects
• Resell, lease, sublet, subcontract or license to a third party for use
• Batch distribution of application access rights or for commercial content creation and monetization
• Integrated into other commercial products or services, or used for commercial advertising placement

3、Privacy Policy

• Equipment information：VRDevice model, operating system version
• Use data：Application usage duration and function usage frequency
• Progress data：Game progress and achievement information
• Technical data：Crash reports, performance data

• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Comply with legal obligations

3.3 Data protection

Without explicit authorization, you are not allowed：

• Copy, modify and distribute any part of this application
• Create derivative works based on the content of this application
• Remove or modify any copyright marks or technical protection measures

5、Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Service availability

This application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee：

• The service will not be interrupted or error-free
• All the defects will be corrected
• The service meets all your requirements

5.2 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held responsible for the following circumstances：

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damage
• Data loss or damage
• Service interruption caused by force majeure
• Losses caused by the actions of a third party

5.3 Specific exemption

We specifically declare that we shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the following circumstances：

• The user violates this agreement in using the application
• The user's equipment is incompatible or there are technical issues

5.4 Upper limit of liability

Under no circumstances shall our total liability for damages exceed the fees you have paid for the use of this application.

6、Other terms

6.1 Agreement modification

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will come into effect upon its release.

6.2 Application of Law

The interpretation and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

6.3 Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the people's court of [fill in the city] for litigation.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
